Loss of blood caused by chronic bleeding is one of the examples of the constitutional symptoms of colon cancer in women. This one consequently cause fatigue, pale skin, and palpitataions. All if these may also cause weight loss, appetite loss, and unreasonable fever.
The example of metastatic symptoms of colon cancer in women is when the cancer has spread into the liver. And this one is so hard to detect. If this happens, there will be jaundice, and biliary obstructions.
